At Epic Sports, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your purchase, please note the following guidelines:

New items returned for a full refund: Items must be in saleable condition, with all tags and packaging. Upon receipt, account will be credited. Purchases received as gifts returned to us without a receipt will receive a store credit. All postage or freight return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanges are easy: Let us know if your purchase is not perfect and we will exchange it for you. You pay any costs to send it back and we will pay the cost to return it back to you.

Express Shipping:  Epic Sports will not refund the cost of express shipping. 

Climbing Equipment Returns: To insure the safety for all of our customers, all climbing equipment purchases are non-returnable. Please contact us at 1-800-466-2296 if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Returns must be made within thirty days (30) of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange: Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and mail by ground carrier or UPS Postal Service. We suggest insurance in the event of your package becoming lost. Our address is:
